Our Family Law Department
Caterina Licata, Lawyer
Caterina Licata is the founder of Licata Law, She is a Canadian and Italian lawyer, who attended the prestigious private university Luiss Guido Carli in Rome, where she got her Italian law degree. She received her licence to practice law in 2008.
In Italy, she worked as a corporate-criminal lawyer for several years for a well-known law firm in 2013, she moved to Toronto where she completed her LLM in Canadian Common law at York University and after working for law firms in Toronto. She became a Canadian Lawyer in 2016. She specialized in Residential/Commercial Real Estate Law, Family Law, Corporate Commercial Law and Mining Law. Shortly thereafter, she formed her own legal practice known as Licata Law.

P.D. is a dedicated Family Law Clerk who provides valuable support to both clients and the legal team throughout the family law process. With knowledge of legal briefs, case law, and case management, she helps ensure matters are handled efficiently and with attention to detail.
